TESEO IS EXHIBITING AT IWF 2008 TESEO is taking part in the leading woodworking exhibition IWF 2008, schedule from August 20 to 23 in Atlanta (Georgia, USA). In booth 8025 the whole range of products will be presented, to start promoting the brand in the North American market.
Desenzano del Garda, July 3, 2008 – TESEO srl,
specializing in the design, production and sale of aluminum piping and fittings for the construction of distribution plants for compressed air, vacuum, nitrogen and other fluids under pressure, modular manifolds for machinery and pneumatic panels, accessories such as benches, carriages and
swiveling arms for the installation of production and assembly lines, is exhibiting at the woodworking technology exhibition IWF 2008, scheduled from August 20 to 23 in Atlanta (Georgia, USA). The TESEO products will be exhibited in booth 8025.
At IWF 2008, TESEO is introducing the range of modular aluminum pipes for the distribution of compressed air, vacuum, nitrogen and other fluids under pressure. With AP and HBS modular distribution systems, TESEO can now
offer an integrated solution from 20 to 110 mm diameter (equal to 4 inches), to deploy compressed air distribution
lines and drop columns to user stations. With this wide range of diameters, TESEO can meet the requirements of small joiner’s workshops as well as big furniture and
particleboard companies.
The TESEO pipes are extruded aluminum profiles with a peculiar design: the inside is circular, the outside consists
of flat faces and grooves. The connections are made of die-cast aluminum with O-ring seals. The connections are
fastened to the profiles by means of special locking plates
with Allen screws; mounting is quick and easy, requiring non qualified labor and perfect tightness to pressure.
The internal surface of extruded profiles is very smooth, a feature that translates into high fluid dynamics efficiency. As a result, the fluid under pressure finds much lower friction as compared to conventional zinc-plated pipes, therefore
less energy is required to carry the same quantity of compressed air to the user point. Typically, equipment that generates compressed air or vacuum is driven by electric motors. By reducing friction within pipes and eliminating
leaks through the threaded connections of traditional
systems, the overall costs of compressed air generation are cut dramatically.
At IWF 2008, Teseo will also introduce woodworking machinery manufacturers to the series of modular
manifolds AM for applications on board of machines, which can be equipped with the same accessories of
families AP and HBS. The modular manifolds by TESEO
offer a number of benefits: excellent visual impact, lower weight, modularity, quick assembly, no need for special
tools or skilled staff, no corrosion, and no limitation to the length or number of outputs.
Finally, at IWF 2008 TESEO will show the “ergonomic”
line of solutions for assembly and production areas: work benches (WBA) specifically equipped for mounting and assembling operations with pneumatic tools; trolleys sliding
on ball wheels (MAT) using the 50 mm HBS pipe as rail; modular pipe HBS with sliding pad which, by means of a metal hook, allows to hang a balancer to support hand-held tools and pneumatic devices hanging from the profile.
Air track supplies (ATS) and swinging arm brackets (SAB)
up to 5 meter length, designed to supply and support pneumatic and power tools, are more and more appreciated in a market where safety and ease of use are becoming essential elements to design a company or a production layout. The ergonomic line of trolleys and swinging arm brackets offered by TESEO is ideal to support and feed spray guns, nailing guns and pneumatic tools to sand and process wood.
